National Science Day is celebrated in School on 28 February 2010
HISTORY : In 1986, NTSC took initiative to get the Government of India to designate February 28 as the National Science Day (NSD) which is now celebrated all over the country in schools, colleges, universities and other academic, scientific, technical, medical and research institutions.
On the occasion of the first NSD (28 February 1987) NCSTC announced institution of the National Science Popularization awards for recognizing outstanding efforts in the area of science communication and popularization, which have been given annually since 1988.
Events: Several programs like poster exhibition, speech,Prize distribution, Lectures & Quiz are organized NSD.
28 फरवरी को क्लब सदस्यों के सहयोग से विद्यालय में राष्ट्रीय विज्ञान दिवस मनाया गया इस अवसर पर विभिन्न प्रतियोगिताओं का आयोजन किया गया और एक विज्ञानं पोस्टर प्रदर्शनी लगाईगयी| विद्यालय के विभिन्न छात्र /छात्राओं को जिन्होंने विभिन्न राज्य , राष्ट्रीय स्तरीय विज्ञान प्रतियोगिताओं में भाग लिया उन को सम्मानित किया गया |
